Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
- Collaborate with design and R&D teams for smooth product transitions
- Maintain equipment, tools, and safety standards on the shop floor
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality control
- Proficient in CAD software and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
