GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Role

  • Assist in preparing wiring diagrams and panel layouts
  • Support panel wiring, testing, and quality checks
  • Learn to read and interpret electrical drawings and component specifications
  • Work with senior engineers during commissioning and troubleshooting
  • Understand industry standards (IEC, IS, etc.) and apply them during work

Mechanical Role

  • Support in design and drafting of panel enclosures using CAD tools
  • Assist in coordination with fabrication and assembly teams
  • Learn basics of sheet metal design, bending, punching, and welding processes
  • Understand tolerance, fitment, and ventilation considerations in panel design
  • Ensure design files and drawings are properly documented and updated

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (2023–2025 pass-outs preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
  • Willingness to learn and work in a shop-floor and production environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Passion for electrical/mechanical systems and manufacturing
